Depth: 8-40 meter (26-31 ft.)
Habitat: Coral Reefs, continental and insular shelves, drop offs
Diet: Bony fish, cephalopods, crustaceans, sea snakes, sea birds
Reproduction: Viviparous, gestation period 10-11 months, 2-5 pups
Sexual maturity: around 95-97 meter (37-38 inch); around 7 years of age
